Official Release of my Ebook!! + Strawberry Cinnamon Smoothie
MY EBOOK IS FINALLY HERE!!
I’ve been working on this for the past couple months and it’s SO nice to finally be able to share it with you! The ebook is FREE to my email subscribers so if you want to receive a copy of it, make sure that you’re signed up for my newsletter. You can sign up HERE (please?).
And as of last night, I’ve decided to throw in another incentive for signing up for my newsletter (because, why not??). Those that sign up will receive an email exclusive smoothie recipe each month. It’ll be a recipe that isn’t posted here on the blog or over on Instagram but is ONLY sent out to my subscribers.
This ebook came about after I participated in Simple Green Smoothies January green smoothie challenge. I drank a green smoothie every single day and throughout the course of the month, came up with some truly wonderful recipes. Those recipes were the inspiration for this 20 Healthy Smoothies Ebook.
And to celebrate the release of my new ebook, we’re drinking a Strawberry Cinnamon Smoothie this morning!
I’ve really been enjoying a bit of cashews in my smoothies lately and I ALWAYS love cinnamon in….everything.
As all of my smoothies go, this recipe is simple with as few ingredients as possible. Also, as all of my smoothie recipes go, this can EASILY be turned into a green smoothie with a simple handful of greens!
My ebook is filled with non-green smoothies HOWEVER, I rarely make non-green smoothies. I just feel like it’s a missed opportunity to SO easily get some nutrients into my body. But, I wanted to offer you a large number of base recipes that you can play around with. You could make this smoothie (or any of the non-green smoothies in my book), pour half of it in a cup for your significant other, child, or any who is turned off by a green smoothie, and then blend in greens to the rest of the recipe for you to enjoy.
That’s it for this Monday morning! I hope that you LOVE this Smoothies cookbook as much as I do!!Print
