Today I’m partnering up with Natural Delights to bring you this simple and delicious holiday (or anytime) appetizer! I had originally planned to share the pumpkin spice cream cheese version but loved the idea of also doing a savory version.

So, today I’m showing you how to make herbed cream cheese and sun dried tomato stuffed dates as well as pumpkin spice and pecan stuffed dates. They’re both super simple and so so delicious!

I’m using the Natural Delights PITTED Fresh Medjool Dates for this recipe. LOVE the ease of these because while dates are easy to pit, I’m often rather lazy and love how simple it is to be able to grab these out of the box and eat right away without any prep or anything. I’ve been known to snack on a few of these late at night.

To make these stuffed dates, we’re going to simply make our cream cheese mixtures in then divide it evenly among the dates.

For the pumpkin spice cream cheese: mix together cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and pumpkin. Stuff that in your dates and add in a pecan.

For the garlic chive cream cheese: mix together the chives, cream cheese, onion powder and garlic powder. Stuff that in your dates and add in a sun dried tomato.

You might not expect these flavors to all gong together but when you try it out, it just WORKS and I love it so much.
