Quick and Easy Watermelon Cucumber Juice that’s light, refreshing, and can be made without a juicer.
Everyone is getting in the mood for Autumn and ALL I want to do is hang on to every. last. drop. of summer. Luckily for me, summer hangs around in Nashville for a while and we have a couple months left of warm weather. I plan to soak it all up since I’m not a huge fan of the cold.
This Watermelon Cucumber Juice is the first step towards my end of summer denial. AND IT’S SO GOOD!
After almost 3 weeks in Europe, I’m anxious to get “back on track” with my diet and FINALLY get back to working out after about 2 years of doing very little. I have a whole plan for operation “get my butt back in shape” and I’ll be sharing a bit more about it on my Instagram today (are you following along!?).
I’m starting with this juice because it’s ridiculously easy to make and a great way to start the day. PLUS it’s still super hot here and this is the ultimate in refreshing drinks.
I haven’t actually tried it (yet) but I plan to make a cocktail of sorts starting with this watermelon cucumber juice and ending with some gin (or rum….or tequila?). I’ll let you know how it turns out!
How to Make Watermelon Cucumber Juice
Like I said, this juice is very easy to throw together. The watermelon, cucumber, and lime all go into a blender and is blended until smooth.
The mixture is then strained through a fine mush sieve and then it’s ready to serve! If you have any leftovers, keep it in the fridge for a few days.
You COULD make this in a juicer (although I haven’t tried) and would probably be able to skip the straining step.
Please let me know if you try this juice by tagging a picture on Instagram! And let me know if you try any variations on this juice by adding in any other fruits or veggies. I would love to try make this a greener juice by adding in some greens and maybe celery.
Happy Monday, friends!

This juice was so good.I am trying to lose weight so tried it today. I added Ginger, Tumeric Powder, Flaxseeds, and Chia Seeds to it.
I loved this! I did attempt to strain it but the strainer I have is so small ot would have taken all day. We have a vitamix blender anyway so I just blended it more to ensure I didn’t anything extra I would chomp on. I did add some ice but overall very refreshing!!
Very good and quick recipe! I added a cup of cantaloupe, 2 cups of ice and fresh mint to the blender to make a slushy drink. I did not strain the slushy because we like the pulp. With cucumber tea sandwiches my husband and I had a yummy refreshing and light dinner! ??
I am trying to lose weight and just by looking at this combination is motivation to get back to running. I am a person who eats healthy, but this crisis have made it very difficult to keep up with your healthy diet, especially when you have 3 teenagers boys who want pizza every Friday. Lol no excuses, I’m having a healthy drink now ?
Add pear with watermelon cucumber it tastes great.
I don’t strain mine because my family likes the pulp. Delicious and refreshing.
