Hopefully you know by now that I have a DEEP love for a good ole Gin and Tonic. It’s my GO TO drink when I want something quick and simple on weeknights with dinner.

And while I love it with just a simple squeeze of lime juice, I’ve also been having fun experimenting with different kinds of citrus. And so this Grapefruit Gin and Tonic was born and I am NOT mad about it!

For this recipe, I kept it super simple. It’s a basic GnT (Gin + tonic + optional squeeze of lime) with the addition of a little grapefruit juice as well. The nice thing is that you can start with a small splash of the grapefruit juice and then add more as desired!

You could also leave out the lime juice and only have the grapefruit juice in your cocktail! Lots of simple ways to alter the recipe to your prefernces!

When it comes to the gin, my general rule of thumb is to at least TRY all of the local options. Most of my favorite gins are local (therefore I can’t really recommend them to most of you). But what I can say is that the quality of the gin makes a HUGE difference! Definitely splurge when you can :)

In THIS Classic Gin and Tonic recipe post I shared a list of my favorite gins lately. I’ve tried a *lot* and have some truly delicious recommendations that you should check out!

Long story short of it, I have been VERY obsessed with Malfy con Limone gin lately and highly recommend giving it a try! Most of my other favorites are all local to Oregon but the Malfy is pretty widely distributed so hopefully you can find it!

That’s all I have for you today! Keeping it short and SWEET :)
